What you'll do

• Lead the design process from concept to execution for various digital products, ensuring alignment with Bitaksi's brand guidelines and user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create cohesive and engaging user experiences across mobile and web applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality of your work.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to foster their professional growth and improve team performance.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, articulating the value of design decisions and how they align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop visually compelling campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that push the boundaries of design within the company.
• Utilize analytics and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of design solutions and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in digital design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design concepts effectively to non-designers.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and style guides.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Turkish is an advantage.

• Experience in the transportation or mobility sector, particularly in app design.
• Knowledge of motion design and animation principles to enhance user engagement.
