What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Bamboohr's business goals and enhance brand visibility in the competitive ride-hailing market.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our marketing efforts.
• Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with product launches and enhancements.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing investments.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to amplify marketing efforts and reach target audiences.
• Drive customer engagement through loyalty programs, promotions, and community initiatives that resonate with our user base.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Present marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Champion the Bamboohr brand, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the tech or transportation sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and retention.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum impact.
• A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the ride-hailing industry or related sectors is a plus.
• Experience in managing brand partnerships and sponsorships.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in Turkish and English, are advantageous.
