About the role
You will architect and execute strategic growth initiatives that expand the reach and impact of Binance Pay across new verticals and regions. This role requires you to identify and cultivate high-impact partnerships that drive user acquisition and revenue performance for the Binance Pay & Card ecosystem. You will act as a key liaison between Binance and prospective enterprise and institutional stakeholders, ensuring alignment between market opportunities and Binance product capabilities. You will leverage data and market insights to refine value propositions and position Binance Pay as a leading global payment infrastructure. The focus of this position is on forging relationships that translate into scalable adoption and measurable commercial outcomes. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of ownership, navigating ambiguity to close critical business development milestones. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to convert strategic vision into tangible market penetration and sustainable growth.

What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to uncover new business verticals, customer segments, and use cases for Binance Pay integration.
Develop and maintain deep expertise in the local regulatory landscape of assigned territories to ensure compliance and informed decision-making.
Lead negotiations and draft commercial terms for strategic partnerships that align with Binance's high standards for growth and risk management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, legal, and engineering to translate partnership opportunities into executable technical solutions.
Design and present compelling business cases and executive-level proposals to senior stakeholders to secure buy-in for new initiatives.
Establish and manage key relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at target organizations worldwide.
Monitor competitive dynamics and market trends to identify threats and opportunities for Binance Pay's continued differentiation.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key partnerships, from initial outreach through to performance review and strategic expansion.
Implement frameworks for tracking partnership performance, ensuring transparency and accountability for business results.
Drive the localization of go-to-market strategies to resonate with regional consumer behaviors and merchant needs in the UAE and beyond.
Coordinate internal training and enablement sessions to ensure Binance teams can effectively communicate the value of Pay products to prospects.
Spearhead pilot programs that validate new use cases and provide proof points for large-scale commercial rollout.
Liaise with business intelligence units to synthesize data from deals and market interactions into actionable strategic insights.
Champion the Binance brand by embodying its mission of building an inclusive financial ecosystem in every interaction.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, or you have equivalent practical experience that demonstrates your capabilities.
You have a proven track record of at least three years in business development, corporate development, or a related field within the technology or financial services sectors.
You have direct experience managing and closing enterprise-level deals or partnerships that involve complex commercial negotiations.
You demonstrate a strong understanding of payment systems, financial infrastructure, or digital asset ecosystems, having worked on related products previously.
You are fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and technical teams.
You have a documented history of exceeding performance targets and driving revenue growth in previous roles.
You exhibit strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information and sensitive negotiations.
You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift rapidly based on market opportunities.
Nice to have
Experience with blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 technologies is advantageous for understanding the product landscape.
Knowledge of the financial services industry in the Middle East, particularly within the UAE, is a distinct advantage for navigating local nuances.
Experience managing partnerships with financial institutions, card networks, or payment processors is highly valued.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing payments and digital assets in the region will accelerate your contribution to the team.
