About the role
The selected candidate will own the full lifecycle of quality assurance for Binance Wallet features, acting as the primary guardian of product readiness before public release. You will collaborate daily with engineers and product managers to dissect new feature specifications and translate them into concrete test strategies. This role owns the design of end-to-end test scenarios that validate functionality, security, and performance under realistic user conditions. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust regression suite that ensures new changes do not compromise existing user workflows. The position requires a proactive mindset to identify edge cases and potential failure points before they impact real users. You will also mentor junior QA contributors by sharing your expertise in test automation and best practices for mobile and web testing. In addition, you will play a key role in improving the efficiency of the QA process by introducing scalable testing frameworks and reusable test components. Your work will directly influence the reliability and trustworthiness of Binance Wallet for millions of users worldwide.

What you'll do
Design and execute comprehensive test plans for new Binance Wallet features across mobile and web platforms.
Perform exploratory testing to uncover unexpected behaviors, usability issues, and potential security vulnerabilities in production-like environments.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce manual effort and increase test coverage for repetitive or high-risk workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, identify dependencies, and ensure testability during the development cycle.
Validate backend APIs and integration points to confirm that data flows correctly between the wallet frontend and supporting services.
Monitor and report on test metrics to provide clear visibility into product quality, risk areas, and release readiness to stakeholders.
Contribute to the creation of reusable testing libraries and documentation that standardize QA practices across the organization.
Optimize test execution pipelines to run efficiently in continuous integration environments, enabling faster feedback for developers.
Support the QA team in building sustainable testing frameworks that improve long-term productivity and test stability.
Participate in on-call or release validation activities to ensure smooth feature rollouts and rapid response to any post-launch issues.
Requirements
Demonstrate hands-on experience in manual and automated testing for mobile or web applications.
Show a strong understanding of software testing principles, including test case design, regression testing, and risk-based testing.
Have practical experience with API testing and the ability to validate data integrity between client and server.
Be proficient in at least one programming or scripting language commonly used for test automation.
Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to debugging.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, when collaborating with engineering and product teams.
Display a high level of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Willingness to work within the Asia time zone context and adapt to agile development practices and release schedules.
