About the role

This role places you at the intersection of product development and user growth within the Binance ecosystem, where your contributions will directly shape the experience of millions of users worldwide. You will own the execution of specific project tasks assigned to the Binance Accelerator Program, translating business requirements into functional components under the guidance of senior product managers. The hire will be responsible for conducting market and user research to identify key insights that inform product direction and feature optimization. You will own the analysis of product metrics and user feedback to iterate on existing Binance products and identify opportunities for improvement. This position grants you ownership of documenting requirements and specifications to ensure clear communication across cross-functional teams. You will also own participation in collaborative design sessions to prototype solutions and validate concepts with target user groups. The role involves owning end-to-end responsibilities for small scale features from ideation through launch, providing a holistic view of the product lifecycle. You will own coordination with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high quality product increments aligned with Binance strategic goals.

What you'll do

You will analyze historical user behavior data to identify usage patterns and pain points across the Binance platform. You will conduct competitive analysis to benchmark Binance features against industry leading products and emerging fintech solutions. You will facilitate user interviews and surveys to gather qualitative feedback that complements quantitative analytics findings. You will prototype new user flows using wireframing and mockup tools to visualize concepts before engineering implementation. You will collaborate with the engineering team to translate product requirements into technical specifications and acceptance criteria. You will support the execution of A B testing initiatives to measure the impact of product changes on user engagement and retention. You will monitor key performance indicators in real time to detect anomalies and recommend actionable optimizations to the product team. You will synthesize research findings into clear presentations and reports for stakeholders to support data driven decision making. You will assist in the maintenance of product documentation and user journey maps to ensure accuracy and alignment with current features. You will participate in sprint planning and review meetings to provide user perspective and ensure alignment with broader product objectives.

Requirements

You must be currently enrolled in a university program or have graduated within the last 12 months to be eligible for the Binance Accelerator Program. You must possess a strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and the fundamentals of decentralized finance protocols. You must demonstrate proficiency in at least one data analysis tool such as SQL Python or Excel to process and interpret complex datasets. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders. You must be able to relocate to the assigned office location in Asia for the duration of the internship as specified by the program. You must hold the right to work in the selected country without sponsorship issues for the duration of the internship period. You must have a laptop and reliable internet connection to perform remote duties and participate in virtual meetings efficiently. You must be able to commit a minimum of 6 months to the program with a weekly hour commitment as outlined by the Binance team. You must be passionate about digital assets and demonstrate a genuine interest in contributing to the growth of the crypto ecosystem.

Nice to have

Preferred candidates will have prior experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, or other blockchain based applications. Preferred candidates will have a basic understanding of product management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum frameworks. Preferred candidates will have exposure to user experience design principles and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch. Preferred candidates will have familiarity with regulatory considerations surrounding cryptocurrency and digital assets in Asian markets. Preferred candidates will have demonstrated teamwork skills through group projects, internships, or extracurricular activities. Preferred candidates will have a proactive learning mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.

Practical notes

This internship is a remote or location based opportunity depending on the specific role assignment within the Binance Accelerator Program framework. The program duration is fixed between 3 to 6 months, requiring consistent engagement throughout the period. Weekly hour commitments will be confirmed during the selection process based on team needs and project scope. Travel requirements are not expected for this role as it is designed for remote participation.
