About the role
You will own the end to end execution of specific project tasks assigned within the Binance Accelerator Program, translating business requirements into concrete deliverables. You will own the coordination of timelines and dependencies with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth workflow integration. You will own the analysis of potential risks and issues, documenting findings and proposing actionable solutions independently. You will own the creation of clear and structured documentation for processes, decisions, and outcomes to support future scalability. You will own the active participation in feedback sessions, incorporating guidance to refine outputs and improve quality. You will own the application of best practices in problem solving to optimize processes and enhance team productivity. You will own the responsibility of maintaining up to date progress reports to keep stakeholders informed of milestones and blockers. You will own the adherence to program guidelines and operational standards to ensure alignment with Binance objectives.

What you'll do
Develop comprehensive project documentation outlining objectives, scope, and success metrics for assigned tasks.
Execute defined project activities with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify expectations for deliverables.
Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements based on data driven insights.
Support the implementation of project milestones by tracking progress and communicating status updates to relevant parties.
Conduct testing of project components to validate functionality and report results for iterative refinement.
Utilize digital tools and platforms to organize information, manage timelines, and monitor key performance indicators.
Present findings and recommendations to team members in a clear and structured manner to facilitate decision making.
Collaborate with mentors and peers to exchange ideas, solve problems, and enhance the quality of project outcomes.
Maintain a proactive approach to learning by seeking feedback, exploring resources, and applying new knowledge to assignments.
Demonstrate adaptability in a fast moving environment by adjusting priorities and strategies in response to changing requirements.
Contribute to a positive team dynamic by supporting colleagues, sharing insights, and participating in collaborative initiatives.
Requirements
Be currently enrolled in a degree program or have graduated within the last 12 months from a recognized institution.
Be eligible to work in Taiwan and obtain any necessary work permits or documentation for the internship duration.
Have the legal right to work in Taiwan without requiring sponsorship for the duration of the program.
Be able to commit a minimum of 40 hours per week for the duration of the Binance Accelerator Program.
Be located in or be willing to relocate to Taipei, Taiwan for the duration of the internship.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English for collaboration and documentation.
Demonstrate a quick learning ability and a strong desire to understand blockchain technology and digital asset ecosystems.
Show proficiency in using common productivity software and tools to complete assignments independently.
Nice to have
Preferred candidates will have a basic understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and Web3 concepts.
Preferred candidates will have experience with data analysis, reporting, or business operations in a previous role or project.
Preferred candidates will demonstrate active participation in extracurricular activities, campus organizations, or community engagements.
Practical notes
This internship is based in Taipei, Taiwan, and requires physical presence for the duration of the program.
The internship duration follows a 3 to 6 month timeline as defined by the Binance Accelerator Program framework.
Participants must adhere to the schedule and availability requirements specified during the selection process.
Visa requirements, if applicable, are the responsibility of the selected candidate to manage and comply with local regulations.
Travel arrangements to and from Taipei must be planned and executed by the selected candidate independently.
Deadlines for onboarding, documentation submission, and project milestones will be communicated promptly to accepted candidates.
