Binance Accelerator Program
Job description
About the role
You will own the implementation of computer vision models and algorithms that power our next generation of blockchain security and analytics. You will collaborate daily with senior engineers to translate ambiguous product requirements into robust technical solutions. You will be responsible for designing experiments that validate computer vision approaches under real world blockchain data constraints. You will own the end to end lifecycle of model development from data annotation strategy through deployment and monitoring. You will contribute to the creation of internal tools that make computer vision workflows reproducible and scalable for the team. You will participate in code reviews and technical discussions that shape the architecture of our computer vision infrastructure. You will document your work thoroughly so that knowledge is shared and future interns can build upon your contributions effectively. You will act as a bridge between theoretical research and production systems ensuring that models run efficiently in our cloud environments.
Key facts
What you'll do
Conduct exploratory research to identify suitable computer vision techniques for blockchain related image and video analysis.
Preprocess large scale image datasets using automated pipelines to ensure data quality and consistency for model training.
Implement data augmentation strategies that improve model generalization across diverse visual conditions encountered in blockchain applications.
Train and validate machine learning models using modern deep learning frameworks to meet strict performance benchmarks.
Optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency and computational overhead without sacrificing detection accuracy.
Develop integration layers that allow computer vision components to communicate with existing blockchain backend services.
Monitor model performance in production and design experiments to diagnose failures and drive iterative improvements.
Collaborate with product managers to align technical solutions with business objectives and user needs in the digital assets space.
Translate abstract product ideas into concrete technical tasks that can be executed by the engineering team.
Participate in agile development ceremonies to provide updates on progress and adjust priorities based on emerging constraints.
Write clean modular code that adheres to industry best practices and supports long term maintainability.
Support the testing and validation of new features through manual evaluation and automated test suites.
Document technical designs and experiment results to create a clear record of decisions and outcomes for future reference.
Mentor junior interns by sharing knowledge and providing constructive feedback on their deliverables.
