As a Prenatal Senior Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our single-gene non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) solutions, specifically the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen, among obstetricians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and genetic counselors. Your role will involve engaging with healthcare providers to promote awareness, facilitate product adoption, and support the expansion of our presence in the prenatal diagnostics market. This position offers an to contribute directly to improving prenatal care and outcomes by ensuring that clinicians have access to the most advanced testing options available.

What you'll do
- Actively promote the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen to obstetricians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and genetic counselors by demonstrating its clinical benefits and value proposition.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, including key opinion leaders, to foster trust and encourage product adoption.
- Identify new business opportunities within your designated territory by analyzing market trends, provider needs, and competitive landscape.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of the local healthcare environment, including hospital systems, clinics, and private practices, to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Create and execute strategic account plans that align with company goals, focusing on increasing product utilization and market share.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach, product demonstrations, addressing questions, negotiating terms, to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, clinical support, and customer service to ensure onboarding and ongoing support for new clients.
- Represent BillionToOne at industry conferences, trade shows, and local networking events to raise awareness of our diagnostic solutions and generate new leads.
- Provide feedback from the field regarding customer needs, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools, and report progress regularly to management.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the clinical, technical, and regulatory aspects of our products to effectively communicate their value to healthcare providers.
- Support training and educational efforts for healthcare professionals to ensure they are well-informed about the benefits and proper use of our testing solutions.
- Work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare sales, ideally within diagnostics, women's health, or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals at various levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic account plans and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including familiarity with hospital systems, clinics, and provider workflows.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of handling sensitive patient information ethically and securely.
- Results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency in closing sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies based on insights and feedback.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and persuasively.

- Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $136,869 to $163,269, with uncapped commission potential, leading to total earnings between approximately $184,569 and $248,269 annually.
