About the role

You will be responsible for establishing the financial frameworks that enable data driven decisions across the organization, ensuring that all recommendations are grounded in rigorous quantitative evidence. You will act as a subject matter expert in financial processes, driving standardization and enhancing the accuracy of our financial reporting infrastructure. What you'll do
- Lead end to end financial analysis projects that evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives and operational changes on the company's profitability and cash position.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models and forecasting systems to simulate future performance under various market and operational conditions.
- Partner with cross functional departments to collect, validate, and analyze financial data, ensuring alignment between financial outcomes and business activities.
- Design and distribute comprehensive financial reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility into key metrics and trends for executive stakeholders.
- Investigate significant fluctuations in financial results by performing detailed variance analysis to determine causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial data used for internal reporting, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Support the budgeting and annual planning processes by providing analytical insights and scenario based projections to guide resource allocation decisions.
- Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders seeking financial clarification, providing expert guidance on financial policies, procedures, and implications.

- Collaborate with the Finance Team to streamline financial operations, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor the company's cash flow dynamics and contribute to the management of accounts payable and receivable functions to optimize liquidity.
- Ensure the consistency and reliability of financial data pipelines, working with technical partners to improve data extraction and transformation processes.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and the construction of robust financial scenarios.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all deliverables.
- Communicate effectively in a professional setting, with strong written and verbal abilities to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
- Bring experience with enterprise grade financial software and tools, particularly Excel, ERP systems, and reporting platforms.
