- Orchestrate multi-threaded sales engagements, managing relationships with C-level executives and operational leaders simultaneously.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover latent supplier challenges and align BILL's capabilities with specific business pain points.
- Negotiate and finalize enterprise contracts, ensuring terms reflect mutual value and establish a foundation for scalable partnerships.
- Leverage data analytics to forecast sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve aggressive quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide frontline feedback that shapes the evolution of supplier solutions and feature sets.
- Develop and maintain detailed account plans that outline key stakeholders, business initiatives, and targeted business outcomes for each supplier.
- Act as a thought leader in the supplier finance domain, contributing to content development and industry discussions that enhance BILL's brand authority.
- Monitor competitor activity and market shifts, providing intelligence that informs positioning and differentiators for BILL's offerings.
- Drive the adoption of BILL's platform by creating tailored onboarding journeys that maximize time-to-value for new supplier clients.
- Establish rigorous post-sale checkpoints to ensure customer health, identify expansion opportunities, and reduce churn risk.
- Represent BILL at key industry conferences and virtual events to build brand visibility and generate high-quality lead sources.
- Mentor junior sales representatives by sharing best practices and playbooks specific to enterprise supplier growth.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the fintech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
