About the role
You are the primary researcher and strategic opener for our most ambitious growth initiatives, owning the full lifecycle of discovery and qualification for a portfolio of high-value prospects in the e-commerce logistics sector. You will act as the trusted voice of Bigblue at the very top of corporate hierarchies, engaging CEOs and Directors of Supply Chain to articulate our unique value in a crowded market. This position requires you to synthesize complex logistical data into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with the specific pain points of industries such as beauty, fashion, and food supplements. You will be responsible for transforming initial curiosity into structured, high-intent opportunities that our Account Executives can immediately leverage. Your daily work will involve a disciplined blend of outbound initiative and inbound responsiveness, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks. You will serve as the critical bridge between our marketing intent and our sales execution, ensuring that every interaction moves the pipeline forward. By maintaining meticulous records and insights, you will directly influence the strategic direction of our go-to-market efforts and messaging.

What you'll do
Conduct deep-dive research into target companies to uncover latent logistics needs and unspoken growth objectives that align with Bigblue's capabilities.
Design and deploy multi-channel outbound prospecting sequences, integrating cold email, strategic phone calls, and precise LinkedIn engagement to penetrate decision layers.
Qualify inbound inquiries with rigorous methodology, assessing budget, authority, need, and timeline to filter high-value opportunities from general noise.
Map complex stakeholder ecosystems within prospect organizations, identifying economic buyers, technical evaluators, and internal champions who influence final decisions.
Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing teams to analyze campaign performance and refine targeting parameters for specific verticals like cosmetics or dietary supplements.
Orchestrate seamless handoffs to Account Executives by delivering rich contextual intelligence gathered during initial discovery calls and digital interactions.
Leverage data-driven insights to continuously iterate messaging frameworks, ensuring our value proposition of speed, intelligence, and sustainability resonates across diverse sectors.
Build and maintain a dynamic pipeline of qualified opportunities, forecasting revenue potential and tracking progression through defined sales stages with precision.
Represent Bigblue in professional prospect interactions, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces our brand as a modern, reliable, and innovative logistics partner.
Organize and participate in strategic events and curated experiences, such as trade shows or industry gatherings, to deepen relationships with high-potential clients.
Generate detailed interaction reports and market feedback that inform product development and long-term strategic planning for the European logistics network.
Identify patterns in prospect behavior to refine Ideal Customer Profiles, enabling more efficient allocation of sales resources and marketing spend.
Champion the adoption of our proprietary technology, Atlas, by demonstrating how its capabilities solve specific logistical bottlenecks faced by growing brands.
Act as a market sensor, capturing competitive intelligence and emerging trends that impact the e-commerce logistics landscape in Europe.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, or a related field that provides a foundational understanding of commercial operations.
You have a proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development, with at least two years of experience in a role that required managing complex stakeholder relationships.
You demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French, with fluency required to navigate complex discussions and negotiate terms effectively.
You have a strong command of English, allowing you to communicate confidently with international stakeholders and interpret detailed commercial documentation.
You bring a minimum of three years of experience specifically in prospecting and lead generation, with a portfolio of successful outbound campaigns.
You are highly proficient in using CRM systems, particularly tools like HubSpot, to manage pipeline data, track interactions, and forecast accurately.
You exhibit a natural ability to build trust and credibility quickly, establishing rapport with senior executives and influencing without formal authority.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift rapidly and adaptability is essential for success.
Nice to have
Experience working within the e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain sectors, providing context for industry-specific challenges.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems or logistics technology platforms, allowing for quicker assimilation of our Atlas WMS.
Knowledge of European markets and regulatory environments relevant to cross-border e-commerce operations.
Practical notes
Work hours are fixed at 35 hours per week, structured within standard business hours to ensure consistency in engagement with European partners.
This role does not require international travel at this time, allowing for a focused work-life integration based in Paris.
Candidates must be eligible to work within the European Union without the need for additional visa sponsorship, ensuring immediate onboarding capability.
