Sales Development Representative 🇪🇸
Job description
About the role
In this role, you will serve as the primary market intelligence hub for Spain, analyzing and interpreting local trends, competitor movements, and shifting consumer expectations to shape our strategic approach. You will work in close collaboration with the Growth, Marketing, and Partnerships team to deconstruct complex sales targets and uncover high-potential verticals and customer segments that align with our long-term vision. Your responsibility is to become the definitive expert on your assigned prospects, mapping their personal drivers and professional ambitions to inform highly tailored engagement strategies. You will spearhead end-to-end outbound prospecting campaigns, leveraging a diverse toolkit of communication channels to generate qualified leads and hit demanding monthly revenue quotas. A core part of your mission involves building authentic, trust-based relationships, positioning yourself as a valued advisor rather than a mere vendor in the eyes of the prospect. You will proactively identify and orchestrate participation in events that deeply resonate with your target audience, from culinary experiences and sporting events to live music and fitness sessions. Furthermore, you will act as a passionate brand evangelist, amplifying Bigblue's success stories and sustainability initiatives to foster a favorable atmosphere for future negotiations. Ultimately, you will be the bridge between the evolving needs of the Spanish market and our scalable logistics solutions, ensuring that every interaction moves the relationship closer to a successful partnership.
