Product Specialist
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end product experience for our logistics platform, ensuring that every interaction reflects the reliability and clarity our merchants expect. You will act as the primary point of contact for key merchants, translating their operational realities into precise product requirements and improvements. This role requires you to absorb intricate cross-functional workflows and connect teams so the organization can scale quickly without breaking under pressure. You will stay exceptionally close to both warehouse operators and merchant users to detect issues and opportunities early in their lifecycle. You will ensure that every release you touch makes the end-to-end experience smoother, more transparent, and more reliable for all stakeholders. You will work directly with experienced product managers and engineers from companies such as Apple, Vimeo, Frichti, Kapten, and Alan to learn how world-class product teams operate. In this environment, you will sharpen your technical skills while playing a central role in shaping the future of Bigblue's logistics operating system. Your work will matter from day one, as you contribute to the critical infrastructure that enables modern brands to compete on speed, reliability, and transparency.
