International B2B Marketing Manager
Job description
About the role
International B2B Marketing Manager
Bigblue operates at the center of the e-commerce evolution. While major platforms dominate the logistics landscape, independent brands struggle to achieve the same level of operational excellence. Our company exists to close this gap. We provide businesses with access to premium logistics capabilities, enabling faster growth and superior customer experiences.
Our foundation was laid in 2018. Since that time, we have developed a robust tech-driven logistics platform. This infrastructure serves more than six hundred direct-to-consumer and enterprise brands. Names such as MUJI, Aigle, and Cabaïa illustrate the scale of our operations. To support this growth, we have hired over two hundred twenty employees. These team members are based in Paris, Madrid, and London.
The core of our system is the Atlas Warehouse Management System. This proprietary technology powers a network of seven warehouses located across Europe. We have dedicated significant effort to solving complex logistics challenges. Our focus is on making the entire process faster, smarter, and more sustainable. The results of this work are already visible in our daily operations.
Financial backing has accelerated our progress. We have secured more than twenty million dollars in funding. This support allows us to pursue aggressive expansion goals. In 2024, we processed ten million orders. We are now building toward a larger enterprise vision. Success requires a strategic partner to help guide this transformation.
We are currently seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager. This individual will be responsible for our content strategy and brand amplification. The right candidate will drive measurable growth through storytelling and video. A passion for building a strong brand is essential for success in this role.
The Function of Marketing Within Our Organization
Marketing at our company is a cross-functional discipline. It operates with clear and measurable objectives. These objectives directly support our primary business priorities. We value authentic storytelling and customer-centric content. Experimentation across various channels is a standard practice. The marketing team works closely with Sales, Product, and People departments. Together, we shape the perception of merchants and talent. Our goal is to make logistics feel seamless and inspiring. You will report directly to the Marketing Team Lead.

Second, we position Bigblue as the essential logistics partner for European brands. We utilize thought leadership and customer stories to build this perception. Our branding efforts are designed to make us the top choice for ambitious businesses.
Third, we support the sales team directly. We provide the necessary resources, content, and tools to close deals. This ensures our commercial teams can compete effectively in a crowded market.
Fourth, we work to build a strong referral ecosystem. We focus on creating a brand and customer experience that merchants love. When partners are proud of our service, they drive organic reach through word-of-mouth.
Fifth, we are tasked with attracting top talent. We showcase our culture, mission, and daily impact. This ensures Bigblue is recognized as a destination for high-caliber professionals.
