Founding Sales Development Representative 🇩🇪
Job description
About the role
You will act as the primary market intelligence gatherer for the German e-commerce landscape, translating raw data into actionable strategies. You own the end-to-end outbound process for German-speaking territories, from initial research to closing qualified meetings with key stakeholders. This role requires you to become the voice of the customer internally, ensuring product and marketing teams understand evolving needs. You will pioneer new sales territories where no structured outreach framework currently exists, defining best practices from scratch. Your daily work involves building genuine trust with decision-makers who view logistics as a commodity, positioning Bigblue as a strategic partner rather than a vendor. You will design and iterate on multi-channel outreach sequences, balancing persistence with respect for the prospect's time and intellectual curiosity. Ultimately, you are responsible for generating predictable pipeline that fuels the next stage of enterprise expansion for a category-defining logistics platform.
