About the role

Bbf is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our Real Estate Development Project based in Limassol, Cyprus. This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic leader who possesses a deep understanding of the real estate sector and has a proven track record in managing large-scale development projects. The CEO will be responsible for steering the strategic direction of the project, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to drive growth and profitability.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Real Estate Development Project, aligning with the overall goals of Bbf.
• Oversee all phases of real estate development, including site acquisition, planning, financing, construction, and marketing.
• Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government agencies, contractors, and community organizations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the real estate sector.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate development.
• Prepare and present regular reports to the board of directors, outlining project progress, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage the project budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Drive marketing and sales strategies to promote the development and maximize occupancy rates.
• Represent Bbf at industry events and conferences, enhancing the company's profile and networking with potential partners.
• Implement sustainable development practices and advocate for environmentally responsible building initiatives.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale development projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and real estate market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and compliance requirements.
• A degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Greek or other languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.

• Experience in international real estate markets, particularly in Europe or the Mediterranean region.
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green certifications.

• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Familiarity with financial analysis tools and real estate development software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.
• Understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms for real estate promotion.
