Access Marketing leads this effort for our external access marketing clients and our internal Advisory practice. This position requires a leader who is both strategic and granular, balancing portfolio vision with the precision that client outcomes demand.
Position Overview
You will architect long-term strategies for access marketing advisory programs across a global portfolio of clients. Your role is to ensure that every initiative delivers measurable value to Avalere Health customers and aligns with patient pathways. You own the narrative that connects our work to real-world impact, translating data and insights into compelling frameworks for external partners. Success is defined by your ability to guide complex initiatives from concept to delivery while maintaining rigorous quality standards. You will translate ambiguous market dynamics into clear, actionable strategies that align sales teams and key accounts. This position demands coordination across functions to ensure deliverables move smoothly from idea to implementation. You will anticipate client needs by mapping scenarios against evolving market conditions and regulatory shifts. The role also involves defining operational guardrails to ensure compliance and best practices. You will make dense materials understandable, enabling partners to grasp solution implementation clearly. Finally, you will build repeatable structures that allow our methodology to scale without sacrificing precision or clarity.

Requirements
You must bring a minimum of three years of experience in strategy consulting or advisory healthcare marketing. A deep familiarity with value frameworks and evidence generation in life sciences contexts is essential. You have managed complex projects where outputs directly influenced commercial decisions for clients. Your communication style must allow you to explain intricate concepts to analytical specialists and senior executive audiences alike. You are skilled at managing multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Nice to Have

Location and Compensation
This is a permanent, full-time position based in New York, NY. The compensation for this role is $250,000.00 per year.
