Requirements
You possess a deep understanding of healthcare policy, regulatory frameworks, and reimbursement models, with a proven track record of driving equitable access to care.
You have extensive experience analyzing complex data sets and translating them into actionable policy recommendations that improve patient identification and treatment pathways.
You demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a history of advocating for marginalized populations within healthcare systems.
You hold a bachelor's degree or higher in public policy, healthcare administration, life sciences, or a related field that provides a solid foundation for strategic decision-making.
You bring a minimum of five years of progressive experience in healthcare policy, with at least two years focused on payer-provider dynamics or patient access initiatives.
You have a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, collaborating effectively with Medical, Marketing, and Advisory teams to achieve shared objectives.
You are comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments, including CMS guidelines, FDA policies, and state-level healthcare mandates.
You hold current certification or equivalent experience in healthcare policy analysis, population health management, or a closely related discipline.
You have direct experience supporting programs aligned with the Disability Confident Scheme, demonstrating practical knowledge of inclusive hiring and workplace accommodations.
You show a documented commitment to fostering equitable care models, with examples of policy work that improved access for underrepresented groups.
