About the role
You own the critical front line of our sales motion by owning every inbound lead from initial contact to qualified opportunity. You are the trusted advisor who meets prospects at their point of interest and builds relationships that matter. You drive your weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting and opportunity goals with consistent focus and self-motivation. You actively listen to understand unspoken needs and communicate value through customized outreach. You master our sales technology stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and Nooks to maintain velocity. You collaborate closely with Account Executives to refine messaging, improve handoffs, and accelerate deal velocity. You represent Automox with professionalism at in person events to generate new interest and expand our pipeline. You contribute directly to Automox's growth as an IT operations market leader by converting interest into action.

Requirements
- 1-2 years experience prospecting new business in B2B SaaS environments.
- Persistent drive for results with a positive, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Active listening skills paired with professional written and oral communication abilities.
- Confident conversational phone persona that puts prospects at ease.
- Passion to inform and educate IT buyers on modern operations and cloud-native solutions.
- Must be able to pass a federal, state, county background check as part of employment requirements.
- Must complete a local in-person verification as part of the onboarding process.
- Comfortable working fully remote with strong self discipline and time management.
- Available to work from a US based location while complying with regional restrictions.
