What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering projects that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in engineering or design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and contributing to group success.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Professional engineering license (PE) or relevant certifications in your field.
• Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Oregon.
• Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and data analysis tools.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles or business development.
