What you'll do
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting costs and tracking expenditures to ensure financial accountability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations, particularly in the Oregon area.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.
- A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations specific to Grants Pass, Oregon.
- Certification from a recognized construction management organization (e.g., CCM, PMP).
