What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations, particularly in the Oregon area.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.
• A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
