About the role

You will own the full lifecycle of product-related engineering work, from initial discovery through to deployment and iteration. This involves diagnosing issues in production, proposing architectural improvements, and translating ambiguous requirements into concrete technical specifications. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and data analysts to validate assumptions and measure impact. The work requires balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term maintainability and performance goals. You will be expected to mentor junior engineers by example and contribute to the engineering culture of continuous improvement.

Take ownership of end-to-end outcomes, seeing features and fixes through from initial design to post-launch evaluation.
