About the role
Attio is building the CRM for the AI era and the Graduate Associate in GTM will play a critical role in shaping how we engage with the market. You will own ambitious projects from the very first week, delivering outcomes that directly influence how our product and motion evolve. This role places you at the intersection of customer behavior, data, and go-to-market strategy, giving you a voice in high-impact decisions. You will leverage AI to augment your work and remove friction from complex processes. The position requires sharp judgment, a high level of craft, and the drive to do exceptional work on a daily basis. You will be energized by the frontier and obsessed with details that move the business forward.

What you'll do
Take on projects from week one and own the outcome, working across our Experts program, customer success or revenue operations.
Get close to customers and the front line, then turn what you learn into sharper process and more effective motion.
Use AI to research accounts, clear the busywork, and give the team ground they could not cover alone.
Dig into pipeline and revenue data to find what is working, then double down fast on the highest leverage activities.
Help build the systems that help the GTM team move faster and operate with greater clarity.
Sit alongside GTM leaders and see how a modern revenue engine runs in practice.
Own the end-to-end delivery of initiatives that span research, analysis, and execution in a fast-moving environment.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Challenge the status by applying first-principles thinking to problems in the go-to-market function.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on goals, timelines, and measures of success.
Drive operational excellence by documenting playbooks and standardizing best practices for repeatability.
Support the design and rollout of experiments that test new channels, messages, and motions.
Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative signals into narratives that inform strategic decisions.
Act as an ambassador for the customer within the company, ensuring their voice is heard at critical moments.
Requirements
This role is based on site in our London office 5 days a week. We're hiring across 3 graduate tracks: Go-To-Market, Operations and Marketing. Please only apply to the one track. You must be available to start between late September and early October 2026. You must commit to the full duration of the six-month program. You must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship. You must have the right to work in the UK, including eligibility for a visa if you are not a British citizen. You must be based in or be willing to relocate to the London area. You must be able to attend the onsite workshop at Attio HQ in London, this will take place between 21 September - 2 October 2026. You must be a current student or recent graduate of a degree program. You must be able to demonstrate a builder's mindset when confronted with manual or broken processes. You must have excellent verbal communication skills that are confident, professional, and personable. You must be comfortable using AI tooling on a daily basis and excited by how far it can go. You must show excitement for breadth and change, and be energized by tasks that vary significantly from week to week. You must have a strong interest in how great products find and keep their customers. You must be comfortable with data and CRM tooling or have a clear appetite to learn quickly. You must approach problem-solving proactively, with curiosity and a willingness to challenge assumptions. You must be able to work independently and in collaboration with peers at a high level of ownership.

Practical notes
