About the role
Attio is the CRM built for the AI era, and this role sits at the intersection of that ambition and the execution of our go-to-market motion where you will own the end-to-end creation and optimization of marketing campaigns that educate the market and drive pipeline. You will translate complex product capabilities into compelling narratives for ambitious GTM teams, using first-principles thinking to design experiments that move the needle on acquisition and retention. This is a builder role where your judgment, craft, and high agency will determine how we activate our brand and engage 30,000 customers across 130 countries. You will leverage AI as a core collaborator to produce, test, and iterate on content at speed while rigorously analyzing funnel performance to identify the highest-leverage opportunities for growth. Ultimately, you will partner closely with GTM leadership to ensure every marketing initiative directly contributes to revenue and reinforces Attio's position as the definitive CRM for the AI era.

What you'll do
- Ship and create content for our campaigns across social, blog, email and web, applying a builder's mindset to turn ideas into high-converting assets.
- Use AI to produce, test and iterate on creative at pace, treating artificial intelligence as a force multiplier for speed and quality.
- Analyse the acquisition funnel, find what is driving pipeline, and uncover areas where targeted investment can unlock disproportionate growth.
- Manage partners, deadlines and details, and keep complex programs on track through meticulous organization and clear communication.
- Help the team bring brand moments and events to life, down to the details that leave a lasting impression on ambitious go-to-market leaders.
- Work closely with GTM so marketing connects directly to revenue, aligning messaging, segmentation, and campaigns with the realities of the sales motion.
- Build fluency in our marketing tools and data systems, turning raw information into insights that inform every decision you make.
- Challenge assumptions with a proactive and curious mindset, iterating on hypotheses and refining approaches based on evidence.
- Own a portfolio of initiatives that span awareness, demand generation, and customer success, ensuring consistent brand expression at scale.
- Act as the voice of the customer within marketing, translating behavioral signals and qualitative feedback into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to surface opportunities, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment on objectives.
- Iterate quickly on creative assets and messaging, using rapid experimentation to identify the most effective pathways to conversion.
- Document processes and outcomes to create institutional knowledge that elevates the entire marketing organization.
- Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns that balance reach, relevance, and efficiency.
- Partner with design and product teams to ensure concepts are both compelling and technically feasible.
Requirements

- Willingness to relocate to London and commit to an onsite schedule of five days per week during the program.

Practical notes
This role is based on site in our London office 5 days a week. The program runs for six months, after which successful graduates move into a full-time role. The onsite workshop for the hiring process is scheduled between 21 September and 2 October 2026 at Attio HQ in London.
