What you'll do

• Develop and execute high-quality motion graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design visually compelling animations that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D to create dynamic animations and visual effects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for projects and campaigns.
• Edit and refine animations based on feedback from team members and stakeholders, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in motion graphics and animation to continuously enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Create storyboards and animatics to visualize concepts and present ideas to clients and team members effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and content creation, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Assist in the development of promotional videos and other multimedia content that showcases our services and engages our audience.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Contribute to the overall creative direction of projects, ensuring alignment with Bamboohr's vision and goals.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphic design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• A solid portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphic projects and creative work.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing content.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Familiarity with video editing and production processes.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and how they relate to motion graphics.
• Previous experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Understanding of marketing strategies and how motion graphics can enhance brand messaging.
