What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications that meet the needs of our clients and align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Implement automated testing frameworks to enhance software reliability and reduce manual testing efforts.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.

• Contribute to the architectural design of software systems, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with web development frameworks and technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL, including experience with database design and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
