What you'll do
- Write clean, well-structured code for software applications following established guidelines and team best practices
- Participate in team discussions and planning sessions to understand project requirements and technical specifications
- Help identify and resolve bugs in existing software under the guidance of senior developers and engineers
- Collaborate with other engineers during code reviews to learn new techniques and suggest meaningful improvements
- Assist in the design and implementation of new features and functionality for software products and tools
- Create clear technical documentation that describes how software components work and how end users can interact with them
- Support the quality assurance process by writing test cases, running tests, and verifying that fixes resolve issues
- Learn and consistently apply internal development standards, coding conventions, and repository management practices across all projects
- Use version control tools and branching strategies to manage code changes, track progress, and coordinate with teammates
- Attend daily standups or weekly team meetings to report on current work, share updates, and receive constructive feedback
- Help deploy software updates and patches to staging and production environments following established release procedures

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field from an accredited institution
- Basic familiarity with at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or C++ and fundamental syntax concepts
- A solid understanding of fundamental software development concepts including variables, loops, conditional logic, and basic functions
- The ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine, sustained interest in learning new technologies and expanding technical knowledge over time
- Some hands-on experience with writing code through academic projects, coursework, personal projects, or relevant internships in a professional setting
- Comfort with using version control systems such as Git for managing code branches, committing changes, and resolving merge conflicts
- A willingness to grow technically, accept feedback gracefully, and take on greater responsibility as skills and confidence develop

- Exposure to web development frameworks or cloud-based platforms and hosting services used in modern application deployments
