Senior Technical Sourcer
Job description
Senior Technical Sourcer at David Ai.
About the role
You own the top-of-funnel talent generation engine for the entire company, ensuring no role stalls due to a lack of qualified candidates. You will develop and own sourcing strategies for a diverse mix of engineering, product, and business/operations roles in a fast-paced environment. You act as the primary pipeline builder, working directly with hiring managers to interpret needs and identify high-signal candidates who are not actively job searching. You will iterate on outreach messaging based on real-world response data to maximize conversion rates from passive talent pools. This position is central to scaling the organization rapidly while maintaining a high bar for quality of hire. You will leverage market research and competitive intelligence to ensure sourcing strategies remain effective and aligned with compensation trends. Ultimately, you are the engine that keeps the pipeline full and the growth trajectory intact.
