What you'll do

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth across various business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices in project management and execution.
• Foster a culture of excellence and accountability by mentoring and developing team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders, to enhance the company's reputation and market presence.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of business units, providing regular reports to senior management on progress towards strategic goals and objectives.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement, ensuring that our services meet and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a corporate environment, preferably in a related industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving strategic initiatives that result in measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in project management, with a solid understanding of methodologies and best practices.
