About the role
You will act as the strategic liaison between AppsFlyer and our most influential ecosystem partnerships, including media partners and OEMs, defining the success of each relationship. You will develop and execute partnership strategies that drive mutual business growth and innovation across global markets. This role requires a highly independent operator who thrives with minimal supervision and owns end to end outcomes. You will exercise exceptional communication and cross functional collaboration skills to align global stakeholders around shared objectives. Your work will directly shape the direction of the partner ecosystem and influence product adoption at scale. You will navigate complex organizations to uncover new value and ensure initiatives are executed flawlessly. This position is critical for turning strategic vision into tangible results for both AppsFlyer and its partners.

What you'll do
- Build a strategy together with top partners to drive success and define joint priorities.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of each partner's business, exploring their specific challenges and opportunities in depth.
- Map stakeholders and effectively navigate the partner's organisation in pursuit of our shared goals and milestones.
- Deploy critical thinking and assessment skills to enforce efficacy in strengthening relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Exercise excellent planning and prioritisation skills to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously and meet demanding timelines.
- Advocate for, facilitate and enhance the adoption and use of AppsFlyer products among mutual customers through hands on support.
- Identify and actualize opportunities for collaboration, such as joint marketing initiatives, thought leadership, or shared research and development projects.
- Leverage strong internal communication to ensure company wide buy in for executing partnership initiatives efficiently.
- Analyse performance metrics and provide insights that guide strategic adjustments and optimize partnership performance.
- Coordinate cross functional resources to support partner initiatives and resolve dependencies quickly and effectively.
- Present complex business and technical topics clearly to partner stakeholders during high visibility meetings and discussions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, offering guidance that aligns with their strategic goals and AppsFlyer's objectives.
- Proactively monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Escalate and resolve barriers promptly, ensuring alignment and progress across global teams and regions.
- Document partnership activities, decisions, and outcomes with precision to maintain clarity and enable future optimization.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience that demonstrates the required competence.
- Bring 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Strategic Alliances, or Business Development within the technology industry, proving your capability to handle complex engagements.
- Demonstrate proven success managing high impact partnerships independently, showing ownership and results orientation in previous roles.
- Have direct experience working with global partners and cross regional teams, navigating diverse cultures and time zones effectively.
- Show fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, as a non negotiable requirement for this position.
- Knowledge of additional Chinese dialects, such as Cantonese, is a plus and may enhance your effectiveness in certain partnerships.
- Exhibit strong relationship building qualities, being reliable and trustworthy while forming strong bonds with a variety of stakeholders.
- Display solid business acumen, understanding the broader business landscape and navigating it successfully to create win win scenarios.
Nice to have
- Experience presenting in public forums or large scale events, demonstrating comfort and effectiveness in public speaking situations.
- Background in documentation and presentation skills that ensure clarity, accuracy, and professional delivery of information.
- Familiarity with problem solving in partnership contexts, showing perceptiveness and consideration when addressing challenges.
Practical notes
- This role is based in Herzliya and requires full time on site availability during standard working hours.
- Travel may be required as part of partner engagements and strategic initiatives.
