AppsFlyer is seeking a strategic professional to manage partner growth across the Japanese and Korean markets, operating from a base in Bangkok to oversee the full partnership lifecycle. The role involves owning the end-to-end process from initial outreach and relationship building to contract execution and strategic ecosystem development in these two critical regions. You will be responsible for shaping the company's long-term business strategy by identifying high-value opportunities and ensuring sustainable growth within the assigned markets. This position requires a deep commitment to driving revenue through sophisticated commercial engagements while maintaining strong alignment with the broader organizational objectives. The hire will act as the primary strategic liaison, ensuring that partnership initiatives are executed with precision and contribute directly to the company's market expansion goals. Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and close high-value commercial partnerships with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), media networks, agencies, OEMs, and technology platforms to expand market presence.
- Manage the partner-driven pipeline from initial contact through to closure, with a core focus on acquisition, activation, and long-term retention strategies.
- Create and implement comprehensive joint business plans designed to generate new revenue streams and enhance mutual value propositions.
- Negotiate and finalize complex commercial contracts and partnership agreements, ensuring all terms are favorable and legally sound.
- Execute go-to-market strategies for new market opportunities and product launches, coordinating efforts to maximize market penetration.
- Represent the company at regional industry events, conferences, and summits to build brand awareness and strengthen key relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal departments to align on business objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
- Monitor partner performance using established metrics, provide targeted training, and deliver detailed reports on growth metrics and insights.
- Translate market intelligence and competitive data into actionable recommendations that drive strategic decision-making and competitive advantage.
- Utilize AI-powered tools for advanced research, prioritization of opportunities, and daily decision-making to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of cumulative experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial sales specifically within the AdTech, SaaS, or digital advertising sectors.
- Demonstrate professional fluency in either Korean or Japanese, encompassing both written and spoken communication, alongside strong proficiency in English.
- Maintain a proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth through the execution of complex and multi-faceted deals.
- Exhibit a deep and comprehensive understanding of the mobile ecosystem within Japan and Korea, including detailed knowledge of SDK data practices and nuanced local business culture.
- Show the capacity to present highly complex concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner to diverse stakeholders.

- Be a daily user of AI tools for professional tasks, integrating these technologies into your workflow to enhance productivity and insight generation.

- Direct experience managing partnerships specifically with MMPs, DSPs, Ad Networks, or agencies operating within the Japan and Korea markets.
- Prior experience with SaaS product partnerships or mobile analytics platforms, demonstrating a history of successful collaboration.
- An existing professional network within the mobile advertising or marketing technology sectors that spans Japan and Korea.
