About the role
You will serve as the trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic customers, partnering with technical stakeholders to drive product adoption, solve complex challenges, and maximize business value. You will develop and execute technical account roadmaps by translating business objectives into project deliverables, technical milestones, and product adoption plans aligned with technical stakeholders. You will lead solution scope and design for complex customer use cases, including custom integrations and product configurations, in partnership with Product and Engineering teams. You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers to provide technical guidance, solution design, and issue resolution for strategic accounts. You will document and scale reusable technical solutions, implementation patterns, and best practices across customers and internal teams. You will represent AppsFlyer at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences while influencing executive stakeholders on adoption and long-term platform strategy. You will collaborate cross-functionally internally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Partnerships, and Engineering to resolve technical challenges and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Own relationships with client technical stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Technology teams post-onboarding, driving adoption, value realization, and long-term success with the AppsFlyer platform.
- Develop and execute technical account roadmaps by translating business objectives into concrete project deliverables, technical milestones, and product adoption plans aligned with the priorities of technical stakeholders.
- Lead solution scope and design for complex customer use cases, including custom integrations and product configurations, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure feasibility and scalability.
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to provide technical guidance, solution design, and issue resolution for strategic accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on AppsFlyer products, educating customers on platform capabilities, best practices, and new features through workshops and consultations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally internally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Partnerships, and Engineering to influence product strategy, resolve technical challenges, and coordinate delivery of customer outcomes.
- Document and scale reusable technical solutions, implementation patterns, and best practices across customers and internal teams to enable repeatable and efficient engagements.
- Lead strategic discussions with both technical and executive stakeholders, influencing adoption decisions and shaping long-term platform strategy based on customer feedback and data insights.
- Represent AppsFlyer at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences, with up to 20% travel required to engage directly with the global ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Software Developer, or similar positions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming, scripting, or query language, such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL, to enable technical troubleshooting and solution design.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive, technical, and operational audiences.
- Apply strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and recommend effective technical solutions under pressure.
- Leverage strong project and stakeholder management skills to coordinate timelines, expectations, and dependencies across multiple teams and initiatives.
- Utilize experience with AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Claude, to improve productivity, scale customer engagement, and enhance workflows like account research, analysis, communication, and strategic planning.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and ownership.

- Deep familiarity with the ad tech and martech landscapes, including mobile, web, CTV, attribution, and analytics platforms.
- Proven background navigating complex SaaS environments, digital advertising ecosystems, and omnichannel data integrations.
- A strong track record of engaging with and influencing executive stakeholders, senior technical leadership, and diverse large-scale audiences.
Practical notes
- For our US-based candidates, the expected On Target Earnings (OTE) range from $155,000 to $165,000 (including bonus or commission). The offer varies on many factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, interview results, references, etc.
