About the role
AppsFlyer is seeking a Director of Agency & Strategic Partnerships in New York to spearhead the expansion of our critical partner ecosystem across North America. In this role, you will own the end-to-end management of agency and partner-driven closed-won revenue, making it your primary performance metric and core responsibility. You will build and grow pipeline sourced and influenced by partners across the region, ensuring a robust and sustainable revenue stream. A key focus will be creating and implementing a tiered agency strategy that encompasses holdcos like WPP, Omnicom/IPG, Publicis, and Dentsu, while also nurturing relationships with independent agencies. You will establish AppsFlyer as the undisputed standard for measurement within these complex advertising and technology ecosystems. This involves developing deep, senior-level executive connections within agency organizations to foster trust and strategic alignment. You will lead joint account planning, proactive working sessions, and high-impact agency roadshows to solidify our market position. Furthermore, you will be responsible for operationalizing commercial programs, including structuring success fees, managing media partner credits, and optimizing our presence in cloud marketplaces.

- Spearhead joint account planning, facilitate proactive working sessions, and lead agency roadshows to drive engagement.
- Operationalize commercial programs, including structuring success fees, managing media partner credits, and optimizing cloud marketplaces.
- Integrate partners into enterprise sales cycles and high-value deal strategies to accelerate deal closure.
- Sustain relationships with system integrators to bolster customer confidence and ensure smooth deal execution.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to rigorously align strategy with overarching revenue targets.
- Activate partners for strategic go-to-market initiatives and high-visibility events to maximize reach.
- Drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities through partner channels to increase lifetime value.
- Synthesize and provide actionable feedback to internal teams regarding product enhancements and strategy based on direct partner insights.
- Champion data-driven decision-making within the partner network to prove ROI and optimize campaigns.
- Develop thought leadership content and case studies in collaboration with partners to strengthen market credibility.
Requirements
- Possess 8 to 12+ years of cumulative experience in business development, partnerships, or revenue-focused roles within the AdTech, SaaS, or MarTech sectors.
- Demonstrate a proven history of successfully generating revenue through partner or agency ecosystems.
- Bring demonstrable experience in managing extensive agency networks and commercial partner programs, including co-sell motions and marketplaces.
- Exhibit a commercial mindset with an unwavering focus on tangible revenue outcomes and profitability.
- Operate effectively as a field-oriented partner to internal sales organizations, bridging strategy and execution.
- Have a track record of creating scalable and repeatable revenue motions that can be replicated across markets.
- Maintain a high level of executive presence and the sophistication to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with ease.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization where agility and clear communication are essential for success.
- Be comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

Nice to have
- Bring prior experience specifically within marketing attribution, measurement, or analytics platforms.

Practical notes
- On Target Earnings (OTE) range: $270,000 to $300,000, including commission or bonus.
- Final offer is determined by factors such as skills, experience, market location, interview performance, and references.
