About the role
You will own the end-to-end commercial partnership lifecycle for your designated Eastern European territory, acting as the primary interface between AppsFlyer and its ecosystem. This role requires you to translate regional partner needs into scalable co-sell strategies that drive measurable revenue outcomes. You will act as a bridge between product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure partner programs are executed with precision. Your work will directly influence the growth of partner-sourced pipeline across a strategically vital region. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and performance of the partner ecosystem in line with company objectives. This position demands comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive results in a fast-moving, metrics-focused environment. You will contribute to both regional excellence and broader EMEA partnership goals.
Key facts
What you'll do
Own the full partner lifecycle across Eastern Europe as your primary territory, encompassing prospecting, onboarding, activation, pipeline development, and revenue delivery while contributing to broader EMEA objectives.
Build and cultivate deep, multi-level relationships across diverse partner archetypes, including technology partners, solution partners, agencies, media partners, social platforms, and channel partners.
Generate and progress qualified partner-influenced pipeline in close collaboration with Sales, converting introductions into closed revenue through disciplined opportunity management.
Architect and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic partners, detailing co-sell motions, partner enablement sessions, and collaborative field activities to maximize joint impact.
Represent AppsFlyer with authority and professionalism at industry events, partner summits, and high-stakes customer engagements across Eastern Europe and the wider EMEA region.
Maintain meticulous CRM discipline, ensuring accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast reporting to provide leadership with reliable insights and territory performance updates.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities within your territory, providing data-driven recommendations on investment and resource allocation.
Champion partner success by removing barriers, facilitating timely support, and ensuring partners achieve their desired outcomes with the AppsFlyer platform.
Leverage market intelligence from the Eastern European region to inform product feedback, positioning, and strategic partnership decisions at the company level.
Act as a subject matter expert on partner programs and policies, ensuring all activities comply with contractual, legal, and financial guidelines.
Drive the adoption of partnership tools and platforms, ensuring data hygiene and process rigor that enables scalable partner operations.
Requirements
You must possess a minimum of 6 years of cumulative experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or other related technology sectors.
Fluency in Russian, both written and spoken, is a non-negotiable requirement to engage effectively with partners and stakeholders across Eastern Europe and Russian-speaking markets.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory as it is the primary language for internal coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
You must demonstrate a proven track record of building and managing partner relationships that have generated tangible commercial outcomes and revenue impact.
You must be fully comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment, with prior experience owning and managing pipeline targets and reporting performance against key performance indicators.
You must be willing to travel consistently across Eastern Europe and the wider EMEA region to fulfill the responsibilities of the role and nurture key relationships.
You must have the legal right to work in Poland and be eligible to obtain the necessary professional documentation as required by local regulations.
You must be able to relocate to Warsaw or be already residing in the region, as this is essential for effective partner engagement.

Prior experience working within the mobile measurement, app ecosystem, or performance marketing landscape is highly desirable and provides contextual advantage.
An established network across Eastern European advertising, agency, or technology ecosystems can accelerate initial impact and partner adoption.
Proficiency in an additional Eastern European language, such as Polish, Romanian, Czech, or Ukrainian, is a distinct professional asset.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and partnership platforms such as Crossbeam is strongly preferred for operational efficiency.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in Warsaw.
Travel across Eastern Europe and the wider EMEA region is required.
