Your role will involve crafting scalable talent strategies and partnering with leadership teams to foster talent development and retention throughout the organization.

What you'll do
- Lead and guide a worldwide team of Career Managers, establishing performance benchmarks and enhancing the efficiency of career management operations.
- Design and enhance Technical Consulting Frameworks to support the career progression and skill enhancement of consultants on a global scale.
- Work closely with leaders from Customer Success and People teams to ensure that talent development initiatives align with business objectives and workforce planning strategies.
- Oversee the global performance evaluation processes, including managing promotion assessments and structured feedback cycles in collaboration with various leadership teams.
- Enhance talent operations and feedback mechanisms to improve retention rates and career satisfaction among consulting teams.
- Foster a company culture that emphasizes intensity and excellence, ensuring that high-quality career guidance and leadership development practices are upheld.
- Develop scalable career development experiences that can be adapted across various functions as the talent strategy evolves.
- Identify opportunities to expand career management initiatives beyond Customer Success to encompass additional technical and business areas.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR, Talent Management, or Career Counseling, particularly within a consulting or professional services environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing HR, Talent, or Career Management professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement Technical Consulting Frameworks and Performance Management systems for global teams.
- A proven history of collaborating with executive leadership to improve global talent retention and workforce capabilities.
- Experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Consulting, or similar technical sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage global talent processes and set strategic objectives across matrixed teams.
- Proficient in engaging with senior leadership and navigating complex discussions to achieve consensus.
- A versatile leader who thrives in dynamic environments, employing insightful questioning to uncover practical solutions.
- A collaborative approach focused on building robust relationships across diverse teams.

Practical notes
- This role requires a full-time in-office presence at our headquarters in McLean, VA, five days a week to promote collaboration and teamwork.
- The base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $275,000 USD, with actual compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
