Product Marketing Manager, Knowledge Work
Job description
About the role
The role owns the foundational positioning and narrative that introduces millions of knowledge workers to what an AI collaborator can genuinely achieve. You will define the story for Chat, Cowork, and the broader non-coding suite so that every interaction communicates what is possible and why it matters. This position is responsible for turning complex capabilities into clear, repeatable narratives that both buyers and end users can immediately understand. You will write the positioning documents, construct the battlecards, and architect the persona frameworks that shape every conversation with the market. The role uses its own outputs as living systems, applying Claude and AI-native workflows to keep messaging accurate and self-updating across the organization. You will be the person who proves that thoughtful product marketing craft can scale as reliably as the products themselves. If you want your work to be the reason millions of people finally understand the difference an AI collaborator can make, this is the role.
