About the role
You will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for a defined set of Anrok products and features, ensuring that positioning, launch, and adoption drive clear revenue impact. This role requires you to develop and evolve the core messaging and value propositions that make complex tax infrastructure understandable and compelling for a diverse set of buyer personas. You will act as the critical bridge between product strategy and sales execution, turning product roadmaps into coherent stories that sellers can use to win deals. You will maintain the central positioning and messaging assets that serve as the single source of truth for the entire organization. Additionally, you will translate direct customer feedback and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations that shape product roadmap priorities. In this capacity, you will define the metrics that demonstrate product marketing performance and use data to continuously refine your strategies. Ultimately, you will ensure that evidence from customer wins and references is systematically captured and leveraged to sharpen messaging and accelerate the sales cycle.

- Own a defined segment of sales enablement by creating high-impact assets such as decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and demo scripts that address real buyer evaluation criteria.
- Design and deliver training programs that equip sales teams to use these assets effectively, embedding best practices that improve win rates and deal velocity.
- Convert customer proof, wins, and detailed references into powerful evidence that sharpens messaging, informs content, and fuels pipeline generation.
- Act as the internal voice of the market by synthesizing customer feedback, competitive analysis, and emerging trends into clear recommendations for product and sales leadership.
- Define and track key performance indicators such as pipeline influence, win rates, sales asset utilization, feature adoption, and time-to-first-value to measure product marketing impact.
- Partner closely with product managers to translate market insights into roadmap priorities and ensure that new features are positioned for maximum buyer appeal and adoption.
- Collaborate with demand generation and communications teams to align campaigns, content, and events with the established positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Build competitive intelligence processes that keep the organization informed of market moves and enable sellers to articulate clear differentiation.
- Create narrative-driven sales tools that help sellers articulate value, handle objections, and position Anrok against entrenched competitors in complex procurement scenarios.
- Establish feedback loops between sales outcomes and marketing materials to ensure that assets remain relevant, practical, and battle-tested.
- Drive experiments in messaging and positioning, using data to iterate quickly and double down on approaches that generate the strongest response.
- Ensure that all product marketing activities are aligned with the broader GTM strategy, supporting coherent brand storytelling at every stage of the buyer journey.
Requirements
- Bring 4 or more years of product marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure environments where GTM success is tied to complex buying cycles.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of driving measurable revenue impact through positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Show deep expertise in product positioning and messaging frameworks, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value for sophisticated B2B audiences.
- Have substantial sales enablement experience, with concrete examples of creating assets that sales teams actively use and that improve win rates, deal velocity, or average deal size.
- Exhibit strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills, capable of driving initiatives from strategy through execution without extensive direction.
- Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of messaging frameworks, positioning documents, or customer-facing content that demonstrates craft.
- Apply an analytical mindset, including experience defining success metrics, building dashboards, tracking performance data, and using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Operate as a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, proactively identifies problems before being asked, and can independently prioritize competing demands based on clear understanding of business impact.
- Have relevant experience in fintech, compliance, or other technical B2B SaaS categories where buyer education, trust-building, and regulatory nuance are central to the sales process.
- Be comfortable navigating complex regulatory and compliance landscapes, understanding how these factors influence buyer decisions in digital commerce infrastructure.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including product, sales, engineering, and executive teams, aligning priorities across the organization.
