About the role
You will own the design, administration, and scaling of Anrok's core GTM technology stack, ensuring it empowers our rapidly expanding revenue teams. This role positions you as a critical cross-functional partner, working directly with Sales, Marketing, Activation, Operations, and Partnerships to align tooling with strategic objectives. You will architect and manage workflows that transform complex sales processes into efficient, repeatable systems. In a landscape defined by evolving AI and sales technology, you will actively monitor emerging innovations and determine how they can be tested and integrated at Anrok. You will be responsible for owning the systems that underpin our quote-to-cash process, ensuring reliability and integrity as we scale. This position requires a proactive mindset, where you triage feedback from GTM teams and prioritize initiatives that drive the greatest efficiency gains. As the first dedicated hire in this role, you will shape the foundational tech stack and processes that define how our GTM organization operates.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Own and administer our core GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Chili Piper.
- Partner with GTM leadership to identify and implement opportunities that enhance sales efficiency through tooling and automation.
- Collaborate closely with our GTM Engineer to build agentic workflows and automation that scale with business needs.
- Design and implement improvements to critical sales workflows, such as customer handoffs between teams.
- Own the systems and processes that support our end-to-end quote-to-cash operations.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all GTM tools as the company scales.
- Evaluate, test, and implement new GTM technologies to support evolving business requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders regarding GTM system functionality and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user workflows.
- Drive adoption of new tools and features through training and change management initiatives.
- Analyze system performance metrics and propose optimizations to improve user experience and productivity.
- Work with Finance and Sales Leadership to ensure forecasting and commission models are accurately supported by systems.
- Support the integration of AI-enabled tools into the GTM stack where appropriate and beneficial.
- Champion best practices for data governance and compliance within the GTM technology ecosystem.
Requirements
- 4+ years of SaaS Revenue and/or Sales Operations experience with a focus on GTM systems and tooling.
- Strong foundation in modern GTM software, particularly Salesforce, with Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
- Track record of transforming inefficient sales processes into elegant and efficient workflows.
- Experience managing end-to-end system implementations from defining requirements to launching improvements.
- Curiosity and a point of view on how to make GTM teams more efficient and effective through AI.
- Ability to triage feedback from sales and GTM teams and prioritize the most impactful work.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data, reports, and dashboards.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and ownership of outcomes.
- Willingness to contribute to technical discussions regarding system architecture and process design.
- Adaptability to navigate frequent changes in priorities and scope.

Practical notes
For employees based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we follow a hybrid model where we come into the office 3 days a week to collaborate in person. For employees located outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, you will work remotely.
