About the role
Anrok is on the lookout for a Lifecycle and Customer Marketing Manager who will spearhead the development and execution of our customer marketing strategies while enhancing the overall customer journey. This pivotal position focuses on attracting new prospects, converting them into customers, and fostering ongoing engagement, retention, and growth through tailored marketing initiatives.

What you'll do
- Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of lifecycle marketing efforts, which includes assessing current campaigns, collaborating with various teams to devise A/B testing strategies, executing tests, and analyzing the outcomes.
- Design and implement outbound marketing initiatives aimed at engaging prospective customers through their interactions on our website and in collaboration with sales account executives.
- Contribute to the creation of extensive customer marketing programs that aim to enhance engagement and foster advocacy, including educational webinars, community events, case studies, referral initiatives, and customer recognition efforts.
- Work closely with sales activation and account management teams to enhance customer retention by mapping out ideal onboarding experiences, identifying potential challenges, formulating improvement strategies, and coordinating cross-team implementations.
- Utilize HubSpot as the primary marketing automation tool, crafting email campaigns, developing workflows, and managing customer segmentation to ensure consistent communication across different customer segments.
- Track essential customer metrics such as churn rate, collaborating with stakeholders to introduce additional metrics like customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Manage our online community presence on platforms like G2 to boost reviews and enhance our overall rating.
- Generate customer-centric content and advocacy initiatives that turn satisfied customers into brand ambassadors, thereby driving organic growth for the company.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to continuously refine and optimize marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates, ensuring that messaging is consistent and effective.
- Develop and maintain a customer feedback loop to gather insights that inform future marketing strategies and improve customer experiences.
- Lead training sessions for internal teams on best practices for customer engagement and lifecycle marketing to ensure a unified approach across the organization.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a specific focus on lifecycle, customer, or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of enhancing customer retention and driving revenue growth through effective marketing programs.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including capabilities in segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, with a background in tracking customer metrics, conducting cohort analyses, and assessing campaign effectiveness.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, having successfully led initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with a data-driven mindset for optimizing marketing strategies.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with additional marketing automation tools beyond HubSpot, such as Marketo or Pardot.
- Experience in managing online communities and leveraging social proof to enhance brand reputation.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they can be integrated into customer marketing efforts.
