• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions using Anaqua's software products.
• Conduct thorough analyses of client workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Provide technical support and guidance during the implementation of Anaqua's software, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of our software solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, technical specifications, and project progress.
• Work closely with the product development team to relay client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software offerings.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues that arise during and after implementation, ensuring timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations, to showcase the value of Anaqua's solutions to potential clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to align client needs with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical consulting role, preferably within the software industry.
• Strong understanding of software implementation processes and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and familiarity with database management systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
