What you'll do

• Collaborate with clients to identify their business challenges and requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their operational landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business situations and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, enabling informed decision-making based on quantitative insights.

Nice to have

• Experience in the intellectual property management sector or related industries.
• Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, particularly those relevant to business consulting.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and presentation creation.
