What you'll do
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, ensuring that Anaqua's solutions align with their strategic goals.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of client operations and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and present tailored recommendations and action plans to clients, leveraging Anaqua's suite of products and services.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices in intellectual property management and the effective use of Anaqua's software.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements.
- Monitor project progress and deliverables, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation that track project outcomes and client satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact client operations and inform strategic recommendations.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and case studies that showcase Anaqua's success stories and client partnerships.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Anaqua and expand professional networks.
- Support the sales team by providing insights and expertise during the proposal and negotiation phases.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives by documenting best practices and lessons learned from client engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business consulting, project management, or a related role, preferably within the technology or intellectual property sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Familiarity with intellectual property management processes and software solutions is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data visualization tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese is required to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
