About the role
Anaplan is on the lookout for a skilled Product Manager to become a key member of our Revenue Performance Management (RPM) Application team. This role is in shaping and executing the product strategy and roadmap for our Revenue Performance Planning solutions, with a particular emphasis on Go-To-Market (GTM) Planning Applications. You will work closely with diverse teams to ensure that we consistently deliver exceptional value to our customers.

What you'll do
- Play a vital role in crafting the product vision by collecting insights from customers and analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with Product Leadership on strategic investments.
- Keep an up-to-date and comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market dynamics, and technical feasibility.
- Work in partnership with customers and cross-functional teams to gather and distill high-level business requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined for the Product Owner.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing, ensuring all teams are aligned for successful product launches.
- Assess product performance post-launch by analyzing user adoption rates, customer satisfaction levels, and relevant business metrics to inform future enhancements.
- Facilitate effective communication between Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and clients, providing regular updates on roadmap priorities and product developments.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback through various channels to improve existing products and inform future development initiatives.
- Engage in competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify potential gaps in the product offering.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Support the training and onboarding of internal teams and customers to ensure they fully understand product capabilities and benefits.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Anaplan and gather insights on market trends and customer needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Enterprise Software Implementation, with a comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle and enterprise software delivery processes.
- Prior experience in Sales Performance solutions or related areas such as Revenue Operations, GTM Planning, or Sales Finance is essential.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with a knack for solving complex problems and developing innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools, including Jira and Confluence, is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leveraging data to inform decision-making processes and product strategies.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-based software solutions and familiarity with SaaS business models.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques related to revenue performance.
- Previous involvement in user experience (UX) design or product usability testing.
- Understanding of data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product insights.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and their integration with product offerings.
Skills & tools
- Proficient in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar platforms.
- Strong analytical tools experience, including Excel, SQL, or data visualization software.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of creating compelling narratives around product features and benefits.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Salary Range
Base Salary Range: $137,000 - $197,000 USD
