What you'll do
Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD platforms and deployment workflows using tools such as Jenkins, Kargo, ArgoCD, and GitHub.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Terraform Enterprise to standardize environment provisioning.
Support Kubernetes-based platform operations including Helm-based deployments and container lifecycle management for reliable releases.
Manage and improve developer enablement tooling and internal platform capabilities to streamline engineering workflows.
Contribute to self-service platform initiatives that improve engineering productivity and reduce operational overhead across the organization.
Implement and maintain observability solutions using Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and related tooling for system insights.
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot build, deployment, networking, and runtime issues across complex environments.
Automate operational tasks using scripting and programming languages such as Python, Kotlin, or Bash to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Support cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments to ensure consistent platform operations.
Participate in platform reliability, incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities to enhance stability.
Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and platform standards to support knowledge sharing and consistency.
Requirements
3-5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related roles with a proven track record in production environments.
Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and modern software delivery practices including trunk-based development, feature flags, and release orchestration.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins for building, testing, and deploying applications across multiple pipelines.
Working knowledge of ArgoCD and/or Kargo for managing continuous delivery and GitOps workflows on Kubernetes clusters.
Experience with GitHub Enterprise for source code management, pull request workflows, and repository governance.
Proficiency with Terraform and Terraform Enterprise for managing infrastructure as code at scale and ensuring compliance.
Solid understanding of Docker containerization principles and Kubernetes orchestration for deploying and managing containerized workloads.
Familiarity with Helm package manager for defining, installing, and upgrading Kubernetes applications in a reproducible manner.
Experience working with at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for designing and operating resilient cloud-native solutions.
Competence with observability and monitoring platforms including Grafana for dashboards, Loki for log aggregation, Prometheus for metrics, and the OpenTelemetry ecosystem for tracing.
Scripting or development experience with Python, Kotlin, Bash, or similar languages for automation, tooling, and integration tasks.
Familiarity with Gradle, Poetry, UV, or modern dependency and build management tooling to streamline language-specific workflows.
Good understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud-native architectures to support platform reliability and performance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues in distributed systems and high-availability environments.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while collaborating in cross-functional teams.
Commitment to following platform standards, operational runbooks, and best practices for security, reliability, and scalability.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and respond to platform incidents in a timely and structured manner.

Experience contributing to open source projects or internal platform tooling that demonstrates automation and cloud-native best practices.
