What you'll do
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project specifications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project control, financial analysis, or a similar role within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in financial reporting.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) would be advantageous.
