Evaluate existing digital education tools and identify gaps where new features or content structures can improve learner outcomes.
Collaborate with data specialists to define metrics that capture how users interact with medical content and where improvements are most needed.
Partner with editorial and medical experts to verify the accuracy, clarity, and relevance of learning materials across different specialties.
Lead discovery sessions with potential users in academic hospitals and clinics to validate ideas before large-scale implementation.
Define success criteria for new features and work with teams to monitor performance after launch in real clinical environments.
Champion iterative testing cycles that allow products to evolve based on feedback from learners and healthcare professionals.

Requirements
You are currently enrolled in or have completed a medical degree from an accredited institution.
You hold a valid medical license or are in the final stages of obtaining your medical qualifications.
You have demonstrable experience in clinical practice or clinical research that involved direct interaction with patients or data.
You possess a deep understanding of medical terminology, disease mechanisms, and treatment approaches across multiple specialties.
You can read and interpret scientific literature, study protocols, and regulatory documents with a high level of comprehension.
You are fluent in medical concepts related to anatomy, physiology, pathology, and evidence-based medicine.
You have strong analytical skills and can evaluate complex information to identify root causes and effective solutions.
You communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in high-stakes environments.
