About the role
This role owns the end-to-end planning and execution of AMBOSS university roadshows and campus events across the DACH region. You will serve as the primary on-site representative for AMBOSS at medical faculties, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for students and partner institutions. The position requires a proactive owner who translates the AMBOSS brand promise into tangible, engaging interactions directly in the academic environment. You will act as the vital feedback loop between the student community and the AMBOSS product and strategy teams. This position leverages your recent medical background to build authentic trust and credibility with your target audience. You will also have the opportunity to co-create and pilot new event formats and projects from the ground up.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate comprehensive roadshow strategies by selecting and prioritizing target universities based on strategic goals.
- Design and deliver tailored presentations that translate complex AMBOSS features into clear value propositions for medical students.
- Serve as the primary AMBOSS expert on-site, confidently answering detailed product and clinical workflow questions.
- Organize and execute live event components, including workshops, information sessions, and interactive Q and A segments.
- Gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback from students to inform product improvements and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with the Data Team to define key performance indicators and measure the impact of campus initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for new campus projects and draft initial concepts for internal review and approval.
- Represent AMBOSS at Medimeisterschaften and other competitive academic events as a key team member.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty contacts, student associations, and campus influencers.
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of event budgets and resource allocation based on performance analysis.
Requirements
- You recently completed your medical studies or are about to finish them very soon.
- You are highly familiar with the core functions of the AMBOSS platform and frequently use it as a study or clinical reference.
- You possess strong organizational skills and can maintain oversight of multiple moving parts during dynamic event planning.
- You are an effective communicator who can inspire and engage audiences, potentially in front of large student groups.
- You have a demonstrated interest in sharing knowledge, such as experience as a tutor or teaching assistant in a university setting.
- You enjoy frequent travel to a variety of universities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- You are fluent in German and have a working command of English for professional communication.
- You are a genuine advocate for the AMBOSS platform and derive satisfaction from helping peers solve medical learning challenges.
- You feel at home in university environments and are passionate about translating student needs into actionable insights.
Nice to have
- You have a creative streak and enjoy designing marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and stickers.
- You have previously applied project management or marketing skills in a practical context.
- You possess foundational knowledge in areas such as project evaluation, budget planning, and basic data analysis.

As part of our DACH Campus Team, you are the face of AMBOSS at medical faculties. You are in the thick of it, sharing your knowledge and experience with students and students while at the same time passing on their wishes and visions to the AMBOSS team. You are therefore the interface between those who use AMBOSS every day and those who make AMBOSS better day by day.

- Roadshow planning: Together with your team, you decide which unis we are visiting. You take over the concrete planning and maintain close exchange with universities, student councils and our AMBOSS ambassadors.
- Present AMBOSS: You create target group-specific presentations and share your own experiences on site. You give students tips for studying start or physics and show them how they can prepare for AMBOSS in the best possible way.
- Project development: You plan new projects and events independently. Since you have just finished studying yourself, you know exactly what is needed - with us you always have the opportunity to implement your own ideas.
- Analysis & Budget: Together with our data team, you create analyzes for budgeting and evaluate your projects to exploit the potential for improvements.
- Teamwork & Insights: You work closely with the entire DACH campus team. In doing so, you look beyond the end of your own nose and gain a lot of insight into project management, marketing and B2B partnerships.
- Feedback loop: You are on site and immediately notice what works well and where students need support.
- Medimeisterschaften: You drive there again! This time, however, as an integral part of our team. ;)
