This position owns the end-to-end management of regional engagement initiatives, ensuring that every interaction aligns with the broader educational mission. You will leverage your medical background to translate complex concepts into relatable learning moments for diverse audiences. The role demands consistent representation of Amboss at high-visibility roadshows, conferences, and academic gatherings spanning the length and breadth of India. What you'll do
- Travel extensively across India to represent AMBOSS at roadshows, conferences, and similar large-scale academic events, maintaining a visible and impactful Amboss presence.
- Initiate and nurture strategic relationships with medical student societies, key opinion leaders, and professors at universities throughout India to build a robust Amboss ambassador network.
- Systematically collect and analyze event performance metrics while capturing detailed student feedback to generate actionable insights that inform future engagement strategies.
- Design and deliver comprehensive on-campus and off-campus events, including conference presentations, webinars, and interactive student workshops that deliver tangible educational value.
- Liaise closely with the broader India team to ensure seamless regional execution, alignment on objectives, and accurate reporting of all activities and outcomes.
- Provide dedicated support to user engagement communications during designated no-travel periods, ensuring continuous outreach and community management.
- Leverage your medical background, ideally as a Medical Doctor from an Indian university or equivalent, to discuss the Indian medical education system with authority and credibility.
- Utilize strong public speaking and presentation skills to confidently address student audiences and foster productive dialogue with university stakeholders.
- Apply tactical skill to adapt your outreach style, event format, and timing dynamically based on the specific audience and regional context.
- Demonstrate willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across your assigned region within India to attend conferences, lead campus events, and conduct university meetings.
- Employ fluency in English as a core requirement while valuing working knowledge of Hindi or another major Indian language to enhance rapport and communication effectiveness.
Requirements
- Possess a medical background, ideally holding a Medical Doctor degree from an Indian university or an equivalent qualification, with demonstrable deep familiarity with the Indian medical education system.
- Exhibit strong public speaking and presentation skills, including proven comfort and effectiveness when presenting to large student audiences and engaging with diverse university stakeholders.
