Clinical Director
Job description
About the role

A core part of your ownership involves building the conditions for your interdisciplinary team to succeed, which includes hiring, coaching, and holding clinicians accountable for high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for creating an environment where clear context is provided, obstacles are proactively removed, and team members are empowered to make informed decisions. This position requires you to balance empathetic, expert-level clinical intervention with strategic planning to improve patient outcomes and team retention. Your leadership will be measured not only by clinical metrics but also by the strength of the team you build and the sustainability of the care model. You will act as a visible, predictable, and generous leader, translating organizational strategy into actionable plans for your direct reports.
