Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the Southeast Territory.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with financial advisors, broker-dealers, and other key stakeholders in the region.
- Present Altruist's suite of products and services to prospective clients, emphasizing the unique value propositions of our technology.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, using insights to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored presentations and materials that resonate with potential clients.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent Altruist and generate leads while building a strong professional network.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on progress to senior management.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions to help shape future offerings and enhancements.
- Train and support new clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of wealth management, financial advisory practices, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player within a collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and client needs effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the Southeast Territory as required for client meetings and industry events.
